Description and location
Pembe Köþk (the Pink Pavilion) stands in Emirgan Park , which has been one of the most extensive wooded areas on the Bosphorus since the very earliest times. It was built by ismail Pa þ a of the Ottoman khedive dynasty. The two-storey pavilion is entirely Ottoman in char acter. Nationalized in the early 1940s, it was allocated to Istanbul Municipality,
Meeting facilities
The pavilion can accommodate meetings and cocktails for up to 350 people in the summer and 150 in the winter.
