Description and location

One of the two historical wooden pavilions in Yildiz Park, Cadir Köşkü (the Tent Pavilion) was called the Cedar Pavilion when it was original­ ly built in 871. It stands to the left nside the entrance to Yildiz Park on the Besjktas.-Ortakoy road. Sarkis Balyan and his brothers were com­ missioned to build the pavilion in the palace garden by Sultan Abdulaziz (1861-1876). In front of the pavilion is one of Yildiz Park's two lakes.

Meeting facilities

Cadir Köşkü can accommodate meetings and cocktails for 550 peo­ ple in the summer, and for 150 in the winter months.
